I began with Telus over 16 years ago, I had High speed internet for $20.00 a month, not dial up either!
I had multiple cel phones with Telus, and I wish to point out; YES they sure do over bill,
So many ties I ha to call in and get the bill sorted out. There is no reason they should be permitted to get away with this . It is outright THEFT. How many people pay their bills every month and trust Telus? They either have the low ranks of persons doing a simple task or lazy office personnel , over paid and incompetent.
I have no confidence in Telus.
It took 3 days to remedy a bill, a simple bill. they have poor website service even
I am ready to smash all my cel phones, and say f' em all. Do I really need this BS in my life?????
Not overly. I am happier living a simpler life.
